De organisatie is al ruim dertig jaar actief in de Bollenstreek en werkt met vaste klanten en langdurige samenwerkingen. De projecten lopen uiteen van wegen- en waterbouw tot grondverzet en het aanleggen van kabels en leidingen. Daarnaast verzorgen zij ook terreininrichting voor diverse opdrachtgevers. De projecten zijn vaak technisch complex en vragen om afstemming met verschillende disciplines. Ze worden uitgevoerd voor gemeenten, bedrijven en zorginstellingen. Als uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de technische en praktische uitvoering van meerdere projecten tegelijk. Je begeleidt vaklieden en onderaannemers en houdt toezicht op de planning, kosten en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de technische en praktische uitvoering van diverse projecten - Je geeft leiding aan vakmensen en onderaannemers op locatie - Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers - Je bewaakt de voortgang, kosten en kwaliteit van de projecten - Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige rapportage over de projecten Heb je nog weinig ervaring?
