Bij Dura Vermeer Infra zoeken we een ervaren uitvoerder die het voortouw neemt op de bouwplaats. Jij zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van het aansturen van teams en onderaannemers tot het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie en zorgt dat onze projecten volgens afspraak worden gerealiseerd efficiënt, veilig en duurzaam. Dit wordt je baan Als ervaren uitvoerder GWW ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op het infra project. Jij: - Geeft leiding aan het uitvoeringsteam en stuurt onderaannemers en vaklieden aan; - Zorgt dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd; - Bewaakt veiligheid en naleving van VCA- en overige voorschriften; - Houdt toezicht op de voortgang en rapporteert aan de projectleider; - Lost knelpunten op en denkt mee over praktische en duurzame oplossingen; - Onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgever, leveranciers en interne teams; - Zorgt voor een correcte administratie van uren, materiaal en voortgang; - Stimuleert samenwerking en een positieve werksfeer op de bouwplaats. Welke projecten ga je uitvoeren? Projecten met duurzame en innovatieve invalshoeken (zoals CO₂-reductie, circulair toepassen, digitalisering). Projecten met integrale ketensamenwerking en het beheersen van deelprojecten binnen beheer-onderhoudscontracten (DBFM / D&C). Onze projecten zoals: grootonderhoud asfalt Gemeente Almere, raamcontract riolering Gemeente Huizen, onderhoud en nieuwbouw Airport Lelystad en aanleg infrastructuur bedrijfshallen Inditex (ZARA).
