Heb jij het verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel om uiteenlopende projecten te leiden en samen te werken met diverse klanten? Dan ben jij de juiste kandidaat voor de rol van Uitvoerder Mutatieonderhoud. Je werkt aan projecten zoals huurwoningen, zorgcentra, ziekenhuizen, scholen, kantoren en winkels. Jouw taken omvatten: - Verwerken van mutatieopdrachten en het opstellen van planningen, begrotingen en werkverdelingen om projecten soepel te laten verlopen; - Coördineren en aansturen van timmermannen, schilders en andere vaklieden, waarbij je toeziet op kwaliteit, voortgang en een efficiënte uitvoering; - Het uitvoeren van woninginspecties, opstellen van werkopnames en zorgen dat elk project tijdig en netjes wordt opgeleverd; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en leveranciers, rapporteren van voortgang en vastleggen van uren, materialen en meerwerk; - Het handhaven van orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek en het creëren van een prettige en veilige werkomgeving voor alle betrokkenen.

Als Uitvoerder Mutatieonderhoud is effectieve communicatie essentieel. Daarnaast ben je in staat om een team van vaklieden efficiënt aan te sturen en te motiveren. Je hebt sterke projectmanagement vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak. Verder beschik je over: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder en 5 jaar ervaring in de bouw, vooral in onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring met het gebruik van computers en tablets; - Een rijbewijs B; - Je VCA basis.
