Bij Bolton geef je dagelijks leiding aan de bouwplaats en zorg je samen met het team dat woningbouwprojecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Jouw rol Als uitvoerder nieuwbouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel loopt: van planning en veiligheid tot kwaliteit en samenwerking. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen projectleiding, vaklieden en onderaannemers. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan vaklieden, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Coördineren van de volledige uitvoering van nieuwbouwprojecten; - Bewaken van planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en budget; - Toezien op veiligheid en naleving van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. WKB); - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en meer- en minderwerk; - Actief inzetten van digitale tools op de bouwplaats; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen. Met jouw ervaring zorg jij ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, veilig én volgens planning worden opgeleverd. Wie wij zoeken Voor deze vacature uitvoerder bouw zoeken we een praktische en daadkrachtige professional die het overzicht bewaart en teams weet te motiveren. Jij brengt mee: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Meerdere jaren ervaring als uitvoerder in de nieuwbouw; - Ervaring met het zelfstandig aansturen van bouwprojecten; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschap; - Kennis van het bouwproces van voorbereiding tot oplevering; - Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning; - Affiniteit met digitalisering in de bouw.
