Wij zoeken een uitvoerder met enige ervaring die woonachtig is in het werkveld van dit moderne en allround bouwbedrijf. De focus ligt voornamelijk op zowel grondgebonden als gestapelde woningbouwprojecten. Deze worden afgewisseld met utiltiteitsbouw in allerlei soorten. In jouw functie ben jij de kartrekker op één of meerdere bouwprojecten. Concreet ga jij aan de slag met onder andere de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats voor de vakmannen, onderaannemers en leveranciers - Zorg dragen voor de juiste planning als het gaat om personeel, materiaal en materieel - Waarborgen van de kwaliteit van het bouwproject conform gemaakte afspraken - Veiligheid en netheid op de bouwplaats bewaken - Rapporteren van de voortgang en deze presenteren gedurende de bouwvergaderingen Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Bij voorkeur bouwkundig opgeleid - Meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol - In het bezit van rijbewijs B en VCA-VOL Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - - Een salaris o.b.v. 40 uur in lijn met jouw kennis en kunde binnen de range van € 4500,- tot € 5500, bruto. - Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao bouw & infra UTA - 25 vakantiedagen en 15 adv dagen - Een (elektrische) auto van de zaak inclusief laadpas, welke ook privé gereden kan worden. - Diverse opleidingsmogelijkheden en/of cursussen Bedrijfsprofiel .
