Je geeft leiding aan de uitvoering van één of meerdere onderhoud- en renovatieprojecten. Je stuurt onderaannemers aan, stemt samen met de projectleider de planning af, bewaakt de uren en je bent alert op ARBO-zaken. Je maakt samen met de werkvoorbereider(s) en de projectleider deel uit van een intern projectteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afroepen van materieel en materialen. Je onderhoudt contacten met alle betrokken partijen.
