Uitvoerder Sloop 40 Ede, Gelderland Uitvoerder Sloop Bouw mee aan de toekomst van Roseboom Als uitvoerder sloop bij Roseboom zorg jij ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je bent de schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, projectleiding, onderaannemers en onze vakmensen op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt dat het werk buiten goed georganiseerd is. Van planning en bezetting tot veiligheid en uitvoering: jij houdt de touwtjes in handen. Daardoor kunnen collega's hun werk goed doen en worden projecten volgens afspraak opgeleverd. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en begeleiden van sloopprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. - Coördineren van medewerkers, materieel en onderaannemers. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget. - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en projectteams. - Signaleren van kansen en knelpunten en hier proactief op inspelen. - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Wie ben jij? Je bent een praktische en besluitvaardige uitvoerder die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en mensen weet mee te krijgen. Je bent graag zichtbaar op de projecten en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat. Daarnaast: - Heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder binnen sloop. - Heb je oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking. - Ben je communicatief sterk en organisatorisch vaardig.
