Je stuurt als uitvoerder zelfstandig bouwprojecten aan in de utiliteitsbouw, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor planning, uitvoering en kwaliteitscontrole. - Voorbereiden en inrichten van bouwprojecten; - Aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, begroting en kwaliteit; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs.

Je groeit door naar hoofduitvoerder of specialiseert je in complexe renovatieprojecten.

Wat wij bieden: Je ontvangt een contract met zekerheid en ruimte om je werk naar eigen inzicht in te richten. - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €6000 en €7000; - CAO Bouw en Infra met 43 vakantiedagen; - Auto van de zaak; - Pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding; - Doorgroeien naar hoofduitvoerder of specialiseren in renovatie; - Informele cultuur met korte lijnen en weinig hiërarchie; - Zelfstandigheid en vertrouwen in je vakmanschap.

Wat wij vragen: Je hebt ruime ervaring in de utiliteitsbouw en bent gewend om zelfstandig projecten te leiden. - 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de bouw; - Opleiding op mbo+ of hbo-niveau richting bouwkunde; - VCA-VOL certificaat; - Kennis van ISO-normen en kwaliteitssystemen; - Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands.
