Als Uitvoerder Woningbouw ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats en verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van meerdere woningbouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, binnen budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers, leveranciers en de projectleider, en je houdt overzicht over alle werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je het uitvoerende team en zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving voor iedereen op de bouwplaats. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en bent verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van plannen naar de praktijk. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coördineren van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en afstemming met projectleiding en opdrachtgever; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering; - Controleren van werkzaamheden en opgeleverde kwaliteit; - Bijhouden van voortgangsrapportages en documentatie.
