Stel je voor: een fonkelnieuwe productiesite, een team dat je zelf mee vormgeeft, en installaties die het kloppend hart vormen van het hele productieproces.

Als Utilities & Maintenance Manager sta jij aan het roer van precies dat hart. Jij zorgt ervoor dat energie, water, lucht en alle andere nutsvoorzieningen 24/7 betrouwbaar stromen en dat een gemotiveerd team van ingenieurs en techniekers daar elke dag met plezier aan werken.

Geen dag hetzelfde, geen bestaand systeem om simpelweg te "beheren": jij bouwt mee aan een gloednieuwe Utilities-afdeling, vanaf de fundamenten. Klinkt dat als het avontuur waar jij naar op zoek bent?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiderschap & team: je stuurt een multidisciplinair team van ingenieurs, teamleaders en techniekers aan, zorgt voor een solide capaciteitsplanning, werft aan en investeert in de ontwikkeling van je mensen. Technische continuïteit: je bewaakt het preventief en correctief onderhoud van de nutsinstallaties, en zorgt voor betrouwbare, veilige en audit-ready processen. Projecten & optimalisatie: je leidt technische projecten van A tot Z, bereidt investeringsvoorstellen voor en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteracties op vlak van efficiëntie en kosten. Budget & stakeholders: je beheert het jaarbudget, coördineert technische inkoop, rapporteert maandelijks aan de Technical Director en bent een sterke schakel tussen productie, maintenance en management.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde of een verwante technische richting. Heb je een bachelordiploma? Dan telt ruime, relevante senior industriële ervaring net zo zwaar;
  • Je hebt minstens 7 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende technische rol, bij voorkeur in een industriële of productieomgeving;
  • Je hebt sterke technische kennis van nutsinstallaties; kennis van of ervaring met HVAC is een must;
  • Je begrijpt kritische elektrische infrastructuur zoals MV/LV-distributie, onderstations, transformatoren, schakelinstallaties en beveiligingssystemen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met people management en het laten groeien van technische teams;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met budgetbeheer, stockbeheer en technische aankoopprocessen, en werkt vlot met SAP en onderhoudssoftware;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, organiseert goed onder druk, en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Engels;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale, multiculturele werkomgeving en bent hands-on, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht — met veiligheid en continue verbetering als vaste reflex.
