Als aanvulling op het huidige extramurale team in de regio Doetinchem, is Uw ZorgCompaan Zorg B.V. op zoek naar enthousiaste, ambitieuze algemeen verzorgenden voor haar thuiswonende cliënten met complexe zorgvragen. Onze cliënten hebben een chronische aandoening waardoor 12-24 uur per dag ondersteuning of hulp van een zorgteam nodig is. Om continue zorg te kunnen bieden, werk je volgens een wisselend dienstenrooster met dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Je werkt zelfstandig en bent tegelijkertijd onderdeel van het zorgteam, waarin iedereen zich verantwoordelijk voelt voor het welzijn van de cliënt en de continuïteit van zorg. As an addition to the existing community care team in the Doetinchem region, Uw ZorgCompaan Zorg B.V. is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Certified Nursing Assistant to support clients living at home with complex care needs. Our clients have chronic disorders that require support or assistance from a care team for 12 to 24 hours per day. To ensure continuous care, you will work according to a rotating shift schedule, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will work independently while also being part of a care team in which everyone feels responsible for the client's well-being and the continuity of care.
