Dit ga jij doen. Als UX Designer bij Arcady werk je zelfstandig op locatie bij onze klanten of op projecten vanuit ons kantoor. Je werkt aan langere trajecten en bent daarin verantwoordelijk voor UX/CX binnen jouw project. Vaak werk je samen met developers, een product owner en andere stakeholders bij de klant. We richten ons op complexe systemen: platformen waar veel gebruikers, processen en belangen samenkomen en waar mensen dagelijks mee werken. Geen marketingsites, maar applicaties die het werk makkelijker moeten maken. Je begint daarom met begrijpen. Wie gebruikt dit? Waar lopen mensen op vast? Welk probleem lossen we echt op? Je praat met gebruikers en stakeholders, vraagt door en brengt de ervaring en de keten eromheen in kaart. Bijvoorbeeld met customer journeys, service blueprints en empathy maps. Van daaruit werk je naar concrete oplossingen: user flows, wireframes en prototypes die je in Figma uitwerkt en toetst in de praktijk. UI hoort daar gewoon bij, maar is nooit het startpunt. Ook tijdens de bouw blijf je betrokken. Je bespreekt keuzes met developers, kijkt mee in de realisatie en zorgt dat wat ontworpen is goed terechtkomt in het eindproduct. AI verandert ons vak snel en we gebruiken het waar het helpt. Bijvoorbeeld om onderzoek sneller te doorgronden, richtingen te verkennen en concepten uit te werken. Goed doorvragen, afwegen en begrijpen wat mensen echt nodig hebben blijft mensenwerk.
