Als UX Designer verbeter je de gebruikerservaring van een belangrijk systeem binnen de energietransitie. Je onderzoekt gebruikersbehoeften, maakt prototypes en werkt samen met developers aan intuïtieve oplossingen die dagelijks echt verschil maken. Wat ga je doen? Als UX Designer werk je bij onze opdrachtgever aan het verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring van het GEN-systeem. Dit systeem ondersteunt processen rondom knelpunten en congestie in het elektriciteitsnet. Nu het systeem steeds meer en complexere functionaliteiten bevat, krijgt gebruiksvriendelijkheid een centrale rol. Je werkt nauw samen met eindgebruikers en het ontwikkelteam. Met gebruikersonderzoek, wireframes en prototypes vertaal je wensen en knelpunten naar heldere oplossingen. Daarnaast help je het team om UX-principes steeds zelfstandiger toe te passen in de verdere ontwikkeling van het systeem. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van gebruikersonderzoek en achterhalen van behoeften en pijnpunten van gebruikers; - Opstellen van persona's en customer journeys; - Ontwikkelen van wireframes, prototypes en mock-ups; - Testen van ontwerpen met eindgebruikers en verwerken van feedback; - Opstellen en bewaken van UI-richtlijnen voor stijlen, componenten en interactiepatronen; - Adviseren over performance, laadtijden, visuele feedback en content vanuit gebruikersperspectief; - Samenwerken met developers bij het realiseren van ontwerpen; - Overdragen van UX-kennis aan het ontwikkelteam; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van de gebruikerservaring.
