Word onze nieuwe enterprise application integration specialist op de afdeling ICT - team externe systemen

UZ Brussel is een toonaangevend universitair ziekenhuis in het hart van onze hoofdstad. Om een optimale patiëntenzorg te kunnen bieden, beschikt het UZ Brussel over een zeer uitgebreide ICT-infrastructuur met complexe systemen die met elkaar communiceren. De belangrijkste toepassing voor gegevensuitwisseling is het elektronisch patiëntendossier Primuz. In deze functie zorg jij voor een naadloze integratie van diverse ICT-toepassingen met Primuz, voornamelijk via Mirth Connect, de open source integration engine van NextGen.

Hoe maak jij het verschil?

Als Enterprise Application Integration Specialist op de afdeling ICT - Team Externe Systemen draag jij bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte uitwisseling van medische en administratieve gegevens binnen het UZ Brussel.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het design, de implementatie en het onderhoud van nieuwe end-to-end koppelingen.
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud van bestaande integraties.
  • Je beheert en configureert Mirth Connect en volgt de goede werking van koppelingen op via monitoring en logging.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor integratievraagstukken, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van een integratieframework.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het Team Externe Systemen en rapporteert aan de teamcoördinator.
  • Je ondersteunt de continuïteit van een kritische ICT-omgeving die rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan kwalitatieve patiëntenzorg.

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Enterprise Application Integration Specialist die zichzelf herkent in volgende eigenschappen

  • Passie voor integratie en technologie: je hebt een bachelor of master in ICT, (biomedische) ingenieurswetenschappen of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring met Enterprise Application Integration: je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen EAI en kennis van Mirth Connect is een sterke troef.
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is de voertaal binnen UZ Brussel en je beheerst deze taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarnaast beschik je over een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Technisch sterk: communicatieprotocollen zoals HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP-WebServices en DICOM zijn jou vertrouwd.
  • Ontwikkelingsgericht: je beschikt over een goede kennis van Java, SQL en XML en gebruikt deze actief om integraties op te zetten.
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig: je hebt oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Probleemoplossend: je pakt technische uitdagingen pragmatisch en doeltreffend aan.
  • Teamspeler: je werkt vlot samen met collega's, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • Kennis van ziekenhuis-ICT: ervaring binnen een zorgomgeving is een mooie meerwaarde.
