Ben jij een werkvoorbereider met oog voor kwaliteit? Bij AC Borst Bouw werk je aan renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten van bestaand vastgoed in Noord-Holland. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid zijn en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Bij AC Borst Bouw werken we aan het verbeteren en verduurzamen van bestaand vastgoed. Dat doen we voor woningcorporaties en andere professionele opdrachtgevers in Noord-Holland. We geloven in duidelijke afspraken, vakmanschap en een goede samenwerking. Niet alleen met onze opdrachtgevers, maar ook met collega's, bewoners en partners.

Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider binnen onze bouwprojecten zorg je ervoor dat renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten goed voorbereid van start gaan. Je houdt overzicht, stemt af met collega's, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan kwalitatief onderhoud en renovatie van bestaand vastgoed.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je stelt de werkvoorbereidingsplanning op en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je maakt werkbegrotingen en verzorgt de inkoop van materialen en onderaannemers. - Je stemt tekeningen en technische gegevens op elkaar af. - Je stelt kwaliteitsplannen en werkomschrijvingen op. - Je verwerkt meer- en minderwerk en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. - Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere projectpartners. - Je draagt projecten zorgvuldig over aan de uitvoerder en blijft tijdens de uitvoering betrokken.
