The posting

Als operator overzie jij het volledige productieproces van de siliciumcarbidefabriek. Je zorgt dat productiemiddelen (24 ovens en 7 transformatoren) en utilities (o.a. energievoorziening, demiwater, waterzuivering, ontzwaveling en milieu monitoring) goed werken en optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je start, regelt en stop processen volgens de dagplanning en borgt de veiligheid in en rondom de installatie. Je grijpt in bij storingen en helpt bij het oplossen ervan. Je assisteert bij het in bedrijf nemen van nieuwe installaties. Daarnaast: Voer je eerstelijns onderhoud uit. Los je zelfstandig kleinere (proces)storingen op. Assisteer je bij complexere storingen. Draag je bij aan een stabiel, veilig en efficiënt productieproces binnen de geldende milieueisen. Je werkt in een ploeg van 4 personen die jou de fijne kneepjes van het vak leren. Je werkt binnen een 5-ploegendienst en na het zorgvuldig opleidingstraject ken je de fabriek en het proces goed. Wij waarderen jouw verbetervoorstellen en bieden ruimte om deze samen uit te werken en te implementeren.

ESD-SIC is op haar vakgebied wereldwijd de norm als het gaat om duurzaamheid, milieu, energievoorziening, veiligheid, vergroening, CO2-vermindering en ketensamenwerking. De fabriek, waar meer dan 100 betrokken professionals werken, is een van de grootste siliciumcarbidefabrieken ter wereld met een kleurig toekomstperspectief.

Over ESD-SIC Het zelfstandige ESD-SIC, opgericht in 1973, wordt gekenmerkt door de grote toewijding en trots van het personeel. Samen werken ze aan de continuïteit van ons bedrijf, als één team met een gemeenschappelijke missie. Gemotiveerde, betrokken en gezonde medewerkers vormen de sleutel voor het succes. Zij investeert constant in training, onderwijs en ontwikkeling, om te zorgen dat personeel de juiste kennis en vaardigheden heeft.

Er zijn verschillende loopbaanpaden en mogelijkheden bij het bedrijf om jezelf op verschillende terreinen en in verschillende disciplines verder te ontwikkelen. Je komt te werken op de afdeling procesbewaking, onderdeel van operations. Operations is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces en bestaat uit vier afdelingen:

Ovenbedrijf (verlengde 2-ploegendienst): bouwt de ovens op en graaft deze na het proces weer uit. SiC-verwerking: verwerkt het materiaal uit de ovens tot eind- en restproducten en maakt deze verzendklaar. Procesbewaking (5-ploegendienst): bewaakt en stuurt het totale productieproces en de bijbehorende utilities bij. Laboratorium: borgt de kwaliteit van grondstoffen, reststoffen, eindproducten en onder andere de waterkwaliteit.
