Voor deze functie is relevante werkervaring binnen het slagersvak gewenst. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het uitbenen en uitsnijden van karkassen, het portioneren en verwerken van vleesproducten, evenals het marineren volgens halal normen. Het is belangrijk dat de kandidaat vaardig is in het werken met messen en snijapparatuur en hygiënisch werkt volgens de geldende voedselveiligheidsnormen.

Wij zijn een supermarkt met een eigen vleesafdeling, waar dagelijks wordt gewerkt aan het aanbieden van verse en kwalitatieve (halal) vleesproducten. Kwaliteit, hygiëne en klantgerichtheid staan hierbij centraal. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een gestructureerde werkomgeving en samenwerking binnen een vast team. Voor onze vleesafdeling zoeken wij een ervaren uitbener. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het verwerken en presenteren van vlees producten, het naleven van hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften en het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de afdeling. Daarnaast kan het adviseren van klanten onderdeel zijn van de functie. De functie biedtuitdagingen zoals het werken volgens vaste kwaliteitsnormen, het omgaan met werkdruk tijdens drukke momenten en het behouden van een overzichtelijke en verzorgde vleesafdeling. De medewerker krijgt de mogelijkheid om zijn of haarvakkennis verder te ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele en professionele werkomgeving.
