Deze klant is een organisatie die gericht is op het aanbieden van logistieke diensten, o.a. met betrekking tot warehousing, transport & distributie, value added services, export en afhandeling van de accijnsadministratie. In de verschillende vestigingen in Nederland en België zijn ruim 550 medewerkers werkzaam.

Dit bedrijf op zoek naar een VAS COÖRDINATOR is gespecialiseerd in de voedings-, levensmiddelen-, en drankenmarkt. Met een eigen wagenpark en ingehuurde derden worden o.a. retailers en groothandels in met name de Benelux frequent beleverd.

Zij hebben als ambitie om samen met hun klanten, leveranciers en collega’s “waste” uit de supply chain te halen. Kortom: een ambitieuze, dynamische en innovatief bedrijf op het gebied van logistiek, lucht- en zeevracht, wegtransport en warehousing.

Functiedoel als VAS COÖRDINATOR:

  • ­ Coördineren van de operationele VAS werkzaamheden, zodat zij conform planning worden opgeleverd.
  • ­ Controleren van de operationele VAS werkzaamheden, zodat deze voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen.
  • ­ Instrueren inzake te volgen werkwijzen, prioriteiten, benodigde personele capaciteit, benodigde materialen, e.d. aan de hand van de ontvangen planning.
  • ­ Opzetten van vaste productielijnen, zorgen voor aanvoer materialen en hulpmiddelen (bv. dozensluiter/stickertafel) en controleren van THT’s e.d.
  • ­ Verzorgen van voorbereidende werkzaamheden (o.a. stickers/belastingzegels).
  • ­ Toezien op de werkuitvoering en voortgang, ingrijpen bij afwijkingen en geven van aanvullende instructies (indien nodig aan externe voorman/teamleider).
  • ­ Oplossen van problemen die de voortgang van het proces kunnen verstoren, een en ander in overleg met leidinggevende.
  • ­ Inslaan van gereed product en controle van de stamgegevens.
  • ­ Meewerken bij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden (indien nodig).

Je zal werken van maandag tot vrijdag van 7u00 tot 15u06.

  • Werkervaring in productie is een vereiste.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, resultaatgericht, hands-on en communicatief vaardig.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een team leiden naar hun werkvulling en realisatie van vastgestelde resultaten.
  • Je stelt duidelijke prioriteiten.
  • Zich met zorg en aandacht houden aan de regels en voorschriften omtrent orde, netheid en veiligheid.
  • Herkennen van belangrijke informatie, leggen van verbanden tussen gegevens en bedenken van alternatieve oplossingen en aangeven van consequenties.
