Voor onze klant in Willebroek zijn wij op zoek naar een VAS Coördinator. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van de Value Added Services (VAS) binnen het magazijn.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als VAS Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat alle extra logistieke activiteiten (zoals herverpakken, labelen en samenstellen van producten) vlot en correct verlopen.

Concreet:

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse VAS-activiteiten op de werkvloer
  • Je stuurt de teamleaders van het maatwerkbedrijf aan
  • Je bewaakt de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden
  • Je grijpt in bij problemen en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing
  • Je zorgt dat alle materialen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve opvolging (registratie, rapportering, …)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de andere VAS Coördinator

Belangrijk in deze functie

  • Je werkt samen met een collega VAS Coördinator, waarbij sterke communicatie en assertiviteit belangrijk zijn
  • Je bent voornamelijk coördinerend bezig, maar springt af en toe bij op de werkvloer indien nodig
  • Het is geen fysieke functie, maar aanwezigheid op de vloer is cruciaal

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een logistieke omgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring in een aansturende/coördinerende rol
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Je bent communicatief en assertief
  • Je kan structuur brengen en het overzicht bewaren
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en kan omgaan met verschillende persoonlijkheden
  • Kennis van Boltrix is een sterke plus
