Ben jij een gedreven vastgoedprofessional die houdt van het ritme van de zee en de dynamiek van de kustmarkt?

Voor een gevestigd en toonaangevend vastgoedkantoor aan de Belgische Westkust zijn wij op zoek naar een commerciële en enthousiaste Vastgoedmakelaar.

In deze functie ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen kopers, verkopers, huurders en verhuurders in het premium kustsegment. Je werkt vanuit een stijlvol kantoor op een top-locatie en maakt deel uit van een hecht, professioneel team met jarenlange expertise en een ijzersterke lokale reputatie.

  • Prospectie en inkoop: Je bouwt een eigen netwerk op, spuur opportuniteiten op in de regio en haalt nieuwe panden (residentieel vastgoed, vakantie-appartementen en opbrengsteigendommen) binnen.
  • Schattingen en advies: Je voert correcte marktanalyses uit en adviseert eigenaars over een realistische verkoop- of verhuurprijs.
  • Begeleiding van A tot Z: Je organiseert bezoeken, voert onderhandelingen en begeleidt klanten deskundig tot aan het ondertekenen van de onderhandse verkoopovereenkomst of het huurcontract.
  • Dossieropbouw: Je verzamelt en beheert de nodige wettelijke documenten (EPC, bodemattesten, stedenbouwkundige inlichtingen) in nauwe samenwerking met de administratieve ondersteuning.
  • Netwerken: Je bent een bekend en vertrouwd gezicht in de regio Nieuwpoort en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een BIV-erkenning (of staat op het punt jouw BIV-stage af te ronden) en hebt een aantoonbare passie voor vastgoed.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de regio Nieuwpoort en de specifieke dynamiek van de kustmarkt (tweede verblijven, vakantieverhuur en vast wonen).
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig, communicatief sterk en beschikt over een overtuigende onderhandelingsstijl.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is vereist. Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een sterke troef voor het contact met Franstalige en internationale kopers.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld (zaterdagwerk schrikt je niet af) en werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en doelgericht.
