Voor onze klant, gaan we op zoek naar een commercieel talent voor de functie van vastgoedmakelaar!

Jij als vastgoedmakelaar kan je verwachten aan dit takenpakket:

  • Pro-actief op zoek gaan naar eigenaars die hun huis of appartement willen verkopen.
  • Je maakt correcte waardebepalingen van de woningen en onderhandelt deze vervolgens naar inkoop toe;
  • Volledige A-Z verantwoordelijkheid voor de verkoop van de door jou ingekochte panden.
  • Bezoeken met potentiële kopers uitvoeren.

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat voor de functie vastgoedmakelaar:

  • Bachelor Vastgoed en eerste ervaring? Check!
  • Graag minstens 3 jaar ervaring als commerciële vastgoedmakelaar;
  • Naast vastgoed ook ervaring / diploma binnen landmeten; groot pluspunt;
  • Je gaat graag de baan op en profileert je op een mensgerichte manier als hunter;
  • Je weet mensen te overtuigen en een verkoop correct af te ronden;
  • BIV nummer of LAN nummer? Pluspunten!
  • Geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit, je weet dat dit in onze sector moeilijk is!
  • Commerciële teamspeler met collegiale instelling!
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, goed Frans en Engels.
