Ben jij een vastgoedmakelaar die graag onderneemt?

Wil je je eigen klantenportefeuille uitbouwen, je agenda zelf bepalen en werken in een kantoor waar administratie, marketing en fotografie voor jou geregeld worden?

Dan is dit vastgoedkantoor misschien precies wat jij zoekt.

Hier krijg je de kans om volledig zelfstandig te werken, terwijl een sterk team achter de schermen zorgt voor ondersteuning.

Als vastgoedmakelaar bouw je je eigen portefeuille en klantenrelaties uit.

Je:

  • prospecteert actief naar nieuwe verkoopopdrachten
  • begeleidt klanten bij de verkoop of aankoop van vastgoed
  • onderhandelt en sluit deals af
  • bouwt langdurige relaties op met klanten
  • organiseert bezoeken en begeleidt dossiers tot verkoop

Je werkt in de regio die jou het beste ligt, met mogelijkheden om ook te groeien richting nieuwbouwprojecten of uitbreiding naar Wallonië.

Je agenda? Die beheer je volledig zelf.

  • je hebt ervaring als vastgoedmakelaar
  • je bent commercieel en resultaatgericht
  • je werkt graag zelfstandig
  • je bouwt vlot relaties op met klanten
  • je hebt een professionele uitstraling
  • Nederlands is je voertaal, Frans is een plus
