De functie inhoud Als Vastgoedmakelaar regio Brugge begeleid je klanten tijdens het volledige aankoop- en verkoopproces van vastgoed. Dankzij jouw commerciële aanpak en expertise bouw je mee aan de verdere groei van de vastgoedactiviteiten. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Begeleiden van klanten bij de aankoop en verkoop van vastgoed
  • Uitvoeren van waardebepalingen en professioneel advies verlenen
  • Actief inspelen op commerciële opportuniteiten in de regio
  • Onderhandelen en opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z
  • Samenwerken met collega's om klanten een totaalservice te bieden
