We breiden ons Tax team uit en zijn op zoek naar een ervaren VAT Compliance Specialist die ervoor zorgt dat Action in heel Europa voldoet aan de geldende btw-wetgeving. In deze rol werk je in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waarin je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de verdere groei van onze organisatie. Je schakelt dagelijks met interne stakeholders, belastingadviseurs en autoriteiten en draagt actief bij aan het beheersen van fiscale risico's. Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions Als VAT Compliance Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct indienen van btw-aangiften binnen Europa. Je analyseert financiële gegevens, voert reconciliaties uit en ondersteunt bij audits en fiscale vraagstukken. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en externe adviseurs. Je rapporteert aan de Indirect Tax Manager en maakt deel uit van een team van vier VAT Compliance Specialisten. - Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiften en andere verplichte fiscale filings binnen Europa - Analyseren van SAP-gegevens ter ondersteuning van btw-compliance activiteiten - Uitvoeren van reconciliaties van btw-balansrekeningen en onderzoeken van afwijkingen - Identificeren en signaleren van potentiële btw-risico's en aandragen van oplossingen - Controleren van belastingbetalingen en monitoren van tijdige btw-teruggaven - Coördineren met externe belastingadviseurs in verschillende landen - Samenwerken met Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable en andere interne afdelingen - Ondersteunen bij btw-audits en buitenlandse btw-teruggaaftrajecten Dit wordt jouw team Binnen het Tax t...
