Voor een woningbouwer zoeken we een veiligheidscoordinator die de veiligheidscultuur binnen woningbouwprojecten in Noordwest-Nederland verder helpt ontwikkelen. Salaris 5.500,00 - 7.000,00 per maand Functie MVK/HVK Uren per week 32 - 40 uur Opleidingsniveau HBO Jouw nieuwe uitdaging Als veiligheidscoordinator ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met veilig werken te maken heeft. Je bent veel onderweg naar woningbouwprojecten in Noordwest-Nederland en ondersteunt projectteams bij het creëren van een veilige werkomgeving. Je werkgebied loopt van Den Haag tot Alkmaar en van Hilversum tot de Noord-Hollandse kust. Op iedere projectlocatie maak jij het verschil door niet alleen te controleren, maar vooral te coachen. Jij helpt collega's om risico's te herkennen, bespreekbaar te maken en samen oplossingen te vinden. Veiligheid is voor jou geen kwestie van regels opleggen, maar van mensen meenemen. Daarom sta je midden in de organisatie en werk je nauw samen met uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders, timmerlieden en projectleiders. Wat ga je doen? - Het veiligheidsbewustzijn vergroten binnen projectteams, management en uitvoering; - Veiligheidsplannen beoordelen en ondersteunen bij het opstellen hiervan; - Werkplekinspecties en gedragsobservaties uitvoeren op woningbouwprojecten; - Veiligheidssessies en toolboxen organiseren voor uitvoerders, timmerlieden en andere vaklieden; - Collega's coachen op veilig gedrag en bijdragen aan een positieve veiligheidscultuur; - Incidenten onderzoeken en verbetermaatregelen implementeren zodat de organisatie blijft leren; - Adviseren over veiligheid, kwaliteit en risicobeheersing binnen lopende projecten.
