Le contexte.

Suite au rachat de l'entreprise JOTT au printemps 2026 par un industriel du textile, la marque JOTT réouvre 3 boutiques en Belgique : Bruxelles, Bruges et Knokke. C'est donc dans ce contexte de relance de la marque que nous cherchons notre Responsable de Magasin à Bruxelles.

Rejoindre JOTT, c'est intégrer une marque, où chaque collaborateur contribue activement à créer une expérience client mémorable. En tant que Responsable de Boutique, vous jouez un rôle clé : vous êtes le moteur de la performance commerciale, le coach de votre équipe et l'ambassadeur·drice d'une marque reconnue pour son style, son énergie et sa proximité.

Les missions du poste

En tant que véritable ambassadeur·rice de la marque JOTT, vous contribuez à créer une expérience client mémorable et à faire vivre l'esprit de notre univers. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la performance du magasin, la satisfaction de nos clients et la dynamique collective de la boutique.

Relation client & développement des ventes

  • Vous créez un accueil chaleureux et attentionné afin d'assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction et de fidélisation.
  • Vous identifiez les besoins de chaque client et proposez une sélection personnalisée grâce à votre maîtrise de nos gammes et de leurs spécificités.
  • Vous contribuez activement au développement du chiffre d'affaires via une approche conseil qualitative, en magasin comme sur tablette.
  • Vous vous appuyez sur les rituels de vente JOTT pour accompagner votre performance et nourrir votre progression.

Vie du magasin & excellence opérationnelle

  • Vous participez à la bonne organisation du magasin : ouverture, fermeture et respect des standards de l'enseigne.
  • Vous veillez à la qualité irréprochable de l'espace de vente, car un magasin soigné est un magasin inspirant.
  • Vous participez à la mise en avant des produits selon les guidelines merchandising et les directives de votre Responsable.
  • Vous contribuez à la gestion opérationnelle : réception et traitement des marchandises, organisation des stocks, réassort, flux de produits, transferts, alarmage et étiquetage.
  • Vous assurez une gestion fiable de la caisse et des encaissements, en signalant toute anomalie si nécessaire.

Prise de poste dès que possible (octobre 2026)

Contrat à durée indéterminée

Temps plein (38h/semaine) ou temps partiels (20h/semaine) possibles à définir entre les créneaux horaire suivants :

  • Du lundi au samedi de 10h à 18h30
  • Dimanche de 12h à 18h

Rémunération selon grille commission paritaire 201
