Samen met een enthousiast team zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er elke dag piekfijn uitziet en dat klanten met een glimlach geholpen worden.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Afdelingsverantwoordelijke Droge voediong draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Je combineert klantgerichtheid met een sterk gevoel voor organisatie.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De verkoop en presentatie van de producten op de afdeling Droge Voeding
  • Het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Het aanvullen van de rekken en zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het correct toepassen van de FIFO-regels.
  • Het bewaken van de orde en netheid op jouw afdeling.
  • Het adviseren en verder helpen van klanten met een glimlach.
  • Het voorbereiden van de afdeling voor de volgende werkdag.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring is niet noodzakelijk, goesting in de job des te meer!!!!
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en servicegericht.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken tussen 6.00 uur en 20.00 uur.
  • Weekendwerk is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je spreekt, begrijpt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en weet collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
