Ben jij technisch sterk en krijg je energie van machines die perfect moeten draaien? In deze functie combineer je jouw technische kennis met verantwoordelijkheid voor een volledige verpakkingslijn. Je werkt met verschillende machines, stelt installaties correct in en grijpt in wanneer het proces niet loopt zoals het hoort. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar kennis, nauwkeurigheid en initiatief gewaardeerd worden. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en leert de volledige lijn kennen, zodat je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid kunt opnemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient, controleert en stelt een volledige verpakkingslijn in, van de invoer van groenten tot het stapelen van de verpakte dozen
  • Je stelt machines en recepten af met aandacht voor rendement, snelheid en kwaliteit
  • Je analyseert operationele problemen en zorgt samen met de techniekers voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing
  • Je voert kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles uit, onder andere op gewicht, folie, etiketten en metaaldetectie
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's aan de lijn en denkt actief mee over een vlot en efficiënt productieproces

  • Je hebt een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring en hebt interesse in machines en productieprocessen
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en krijgt energie van het analyseren en oplossen van problemen
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en staat open voor verdere opleiding en ontwikkeling
