Ben jij een geboren planner met een hart voor de houtsector? Hou je van een actieve job waar je mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt, én stuur je graag een klein, hecht team aan?

Jouw functie Als spilfiguur op de inpakafdeling leid je een team van 4 à 5 collega’s. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de finale fase van ons productieproces: een kwalitatieve, accurate en veilige verpakking van onze hoogwaardige parketplaten. Je werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer, bewaart het overzicht en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is voordat de producten naar de klant vertrekken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verpakking & coördinatie: Inpakken van parketplaten volgens de juiste procedures en toezien op de algemene kwaliteit, stevigheid en netheid van de verpakkingen.
  • Creatie: Maken en voorbereiden van houten kisten voor veilig transport.
  • Specialisatie: Aanleuren van specifieke technieken op de afdeling, waaronder het roken van parket.
  • Administratie & registratie: Productiebonnen opzoeken in de computer, palletafmetingen nauwkeurig registreren en werkbonnen administratief opvolgen.
  • Teamsturing: Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een hecht team van 4 tot 5 productiemedewerkers.
  • Kwaliteit & orde: Uitvoeren van grondige kwaliteitscontroles en waken over een propere, veilige werkzone.
  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in de inpak-/verpakkingssector (ervaring met leidinggeven is een grote plus!).
  • Leiderschap & maturiteit: Natuurlijk overwicht om een kleinschalig team aan te sturen met een meedenkende en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Mentaliteit: Een hands-on, loyale en praktische werkhouding — je coördineert, maar werkt net zo graag actief mee op de werkvloer.
  • Zelfstandigheid & samenwerking: Sterk in zelfstandig werken én een echte teamplayer.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Vlotte basiskennis van computers om registraties en opzoekingen via pc uit te voeren.
  • Taalkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands (lezen, begrijpen en spreken) voor een heldere communicatie met je team en het vlot verwerken van werkbonnen.
  • Fysieke paraatheid: De energie en fitheid om fysiek zwaarder werk in een houtomgeving aan te pakken.
