Voor een familiaeling genomen.al en gespecialiseerd voedingsbedrijf in Westerlo, zoeken we een ervaren Verantwoordelijke Lijnproductie. Deze functie vraagt een sterke technische kennis van vleesproducten, een stabiele achtergrond in de voedingsindustrie en een doorgedreven inzicht in HACCP-normen.Enkel kandidaten die aan deze voorwaarden voldoen, worden in behand.

Jobomschrijving

Als Verantwoordelijke Lijnproductie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van één of meerdere productielijnen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid van het volledige proces en zorgt ervoor dat de productie volgens planning en normering verloopt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel operators als leidinggevenden.Dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de productielijn(en).Toezien op een correcte verwerking van vleesproducten volgens interne richtlijnen.Controleren van kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid volgens HACCP, IFS en bedrijfsnormen.Oplossen van operationele problemen en bijsturen waar nodig.Coördineren van de personeelsbezetting op de lijn en ondersteunen van medewerkers.Registreren en opvolgen van productiegegevens en afwijkingen.Optimaliseren van werkmethodes, doorstroom en efficiëntie.Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Aantoonbare vleeskennis is verplicht. Kandidaturen zonder relevante vleeservaring worden niet weerhouden.Stabiele ervaring in een productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector.Grondige kennis van HACCP-normen en bereidheid om strikt volgens deze richtlijnen te werken.Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van medewerkers.Je kan werkzaamheden uitvoeren waarbij actief bewegen en fysieke handelingen deel uitmaken van de dagelijkse taken.Je bent stressbestendig, kwaliteitsgericht en sterk in probleemoplossend denken.Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer vlot, en hebt voldoende Engels om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen.Je bent betrouwbaar, communicatief sterk en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
