Als Verantwoordelijke Oriëntatie begeleid je deelnemers die via het lokaal partnerschap STROOM bij Ecoso terechtkomen. Ze hebben vaak nog geen duidelijk zicht op hun talenten, mogelijkheden of volgende stap richting werk. Via een boeiend oriëntatietraject help je hen ontdekken waar hun sterktes liggen, wat ze nodig hebben om verder te groeien en welke werkomgeving bij hen past.

Je creëert een leergerichte en motiverende omgeving waarin deelnemers zichzelf kunnen ontdekken in verschillende werkcontexten. Je combineert coaching en observatie met concrete werkplekervaringen en vertaalt wat je ziet en leert naar een onderbouwd job- en groeiadvies.

Je doel? Samen komen tot een duurzame volgende stap: een passende werkplek binnen Ecoso of een gericht advies voor verdere groei en doorstroom buiten Ecoso.

Zo bouw je mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze Oriëntatietrajecten.

We willen deze uitbouwen tot een sterk en kwalitatief instrument voor instroom en doorstroom binnen Ecoso én de doelgroep die we ermee bereiken verder verbreden.

Je maakt deel uit van het HR team binnen Ecoso en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HRM.

Je bent een sterke coach die mensen in beweging krijgt. Je stelt de juiste vragen, creëert vertrouwen en daagt deelnemers uit om zelf stappen te zetten en eigenaarschap op te nemen. Je past je begeleiding aan de persoon voor je aan en weet wanneer je moet ondersteunen, stimuleren of begrenzen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

• Je hebt ervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt en kan omgaan met uiteenlopende achtergronden, mogelijkheden en ondersteuningsnoden.

• Je bent sterk in observeren en analyseren. Je brengt gedrag, ervaringen, talenten en ontwikkelpunten samen en vertaalt die naar een helder en onderbouwd advies.

• Je kan verschillende trajecten tegelijk structureren, organiseren en opvolgen, zonder het overzicht of het individuele verhaal van de deelnemer uit het oog te verliezen.

• Je communiceert verbindend, duidelijk en doordacht. Je voelt aan welke informatie iemand nodig heeft, wanneer en op welke manier. Ook moeilijke feedback geef je respectvol, eerlijk en ontwikkelingsgericht.

• Je bent een sterke samenwerker en verbinder. Je bouwt vlot relaties op met deelnemers, collega's en werkingen binnen Ecoso, STROOM, VDAB en andere externe partners.

• Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. Je denkt in oplossingen, durft bestaande werkwijzen kritisch te bekijken en zet ideeën om in concrete verbeteringen.
