Als Verantwoordelijke Technische Dienst stuur je het onderhoudsteam aan en zorg je voor een maximale beschikbaarheid van machines, installaties en gebouwen binnen een productieomgeving. Je combineert technische expertise met leidinggevende vaardigheden en werkt actief aan preventief onderhoud, storingsanalyses en continue verbeteringen. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak draag je bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.

Jouw rol:

  • opstellen, organiseren en opvolgen van preventieve en correctieve onderhoudsplannen
  • bewaken van KPI's zoals technische beschikbaarheid, storingsaantallen en hersteltijden
  • analyseren van technische storingen en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen
  • garanderen van een maximale betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van machines en installaties
  • aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van een team van zes techniekers, een maintenance engineer en administratieve ondersteuning
  • opmaken van werkplanningen en bepalen van prioriteiten binnen het team
  • evalueren, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • stimuleren van een veilige en kwalitatieve werkcultuur
  • beheren van wisselstukken en het technisch magazijn
  • opvolgen van het onderhoudsbudget en uitvoeren van maandelijkse controles
  • coördineren van externe leveranciers en technische contractors
  • beheren en opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten
  • toepassen en bewaken van HACCP-, BRC- en IFS-richtlijnen
  • coördineren van technische keuringen en toezien op veiligheidsprocedures
  • initiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten gericht op efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en kostenoptimalisatie
  • actief bijdragen aan het verminderen van stilstanden en onderhoudskosten
  • je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica, Industriële Technieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je hebt ervaring binnen een technische omgeving
  • leidinggevende ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, automatisering en HVAC
  • je bent sterk in organisatie, planning en prioriteiten stellen
  • je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers te motiveren en te begeleiden
  • je denkt analytisch en zoekt duurzame oplossingen voor technische problemen
  • je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een gestructureerde aanpak
  • je bent flexibel en bereid om regelmatig aanwezig te zijn bij verschillende ploegen
  • ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een mooie troef
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en een basiskennis Engels
  • je werkt vlot met onderhoudssoftware en MS Office
