Functieomschrijving:

  • Het opstellen van onderhoudsschema’s en het snel en efficiënt oplossen van storingen aan productiemachines (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch) behoren tot het vaste takenpakket.
  • De dagelijkse coördinatie van de techniekers, het motiveren van het team en het delen van technische expertise staan centraal.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en de verdere automatisering van de productiefaciliteit is essentieel om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Er wordt strikt toegezien op de veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de industriële omgeving en op de algemene orde in de werkplaats.
  • Het beheer van de technische stock en het contacteren van externe leveranciers of partners vallen onder deze verantwoordelijkheid.

Profiel:

  • Een technisch diploma (Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) is vereist.
  • Een aantal jaren ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een trekkende of leidinggevende rol, is noodzakelijk.
  • Een brede technische kennis is aanwezig: elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en idealiter een basis PLC (sturingen).
  • Een probleemoplossende instelling met een 'hands-on' mentaliteit is cruciaal; meewerken in de praktijk is een vanzelfsprekendheid.
  • De Nederlandse taal wordt vloeiend beheerst.
