The posting

Bij De Decker Expert in Londerzeel hebben we plannen om het telecomaanbod verder uit te bouwen en zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die zijn of haar schouders eronder wil zetten.

Iemand die klanten graag helpt bij de keuze van een nieuwe smartphone of abonnement maar die ook verder gaat dan alleen de verkoop. Want voor ons is service super belangrijk en stopt goede service niet zodra de klant aan de kassa is gepasseerd.

Gegevens overzetten naar een nieuwe smartphone, een toestel instellen, klanten verder helpen wanneer iets niet lukt, contacten met providers opvolgen… jij wordt het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met telecom te maken heeft.

Maar dit is niet zomaar “een job” want je krijgt de kans om van die telecomafdeling echt jouw ding te maken.

Wie is onze witte raaf?

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mee nadenkt hoe we onze telecomafdeling verder kunnen laten groeien? Welke acties kunnen we opzetten? Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat klanten weten dat ze ook voor telecom bij De Decker terechtkunnen?

Je hebt niet alleen de natuurlijke commerciële flair maar volgt de verkoop en administratie mee op, onderhoudt de contacten met de providers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten ook na hun aankoop goed geholpen worden.

Een dag waarop alleen telecom passeert? Waarschijnlijk niet.

De Decker blijft natuurlijk een elektrowinkel dus je spring bij wanneer dat nodig is. Ben je uit de buurt dan ken je ons zéker en weet je dat we met een tof en kleinschalig team zijn. Van afwisseling gesproken – af en toe zal je ook bijspringen bij de levering.

Dat maakt de job net gevarieerd: het ene moment help je iemand zijn nieuwe smartphone volledig gebruiksklaar maken en het volgende moment sta je een klant in de winkel verder te helpen.

Wie zoeken we?

Een specifiek diploma vinden we minder belangrijk dan je ingesteldheid.

Je bent enthousiast, klantgericht en leergierig. Nieuwe smartphones, abonnementen en technologie schrikken je niet af – integendeel, je vindt het interessant om uit te zoeken hoe iets werkt.

Daarnaast:

  • neem je graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid;
  • kun je zelfstandig werken en zie je zelf wat er moet gebeuren;
  • heb je een commerciële ingesteldheid zonder klanten iets te willen aansmeren;
  • haal je voldoening uit een klant die écht geholpen buitenstapt;
  • spreek je zeer goed Nederlands;
  • kun je je ook goed uit de slag trekken in het Frans.

Heb je al ervaring in telecom, retail of verkoop? Dan is dat uiteraard mooi meegenomen. Maar minstens even belangrijk is dat je zin hebt om bij te leren en mee iets op te bouwen.
