ml T231922 Je gaat aan de slag als vergunningverlener binnen een omgeving waar piekbelasting en projecten centraal staan. In deze opdracht ben je de verbindende factor tussen de BUCH, de inwoner en de ondernemer. Je begeleidt en adviseert klanten bij uiteenlopende vergunningvragen en levert inhoudelijke ondersteuning op het gebied van bouwen en omgevingsplannen. Je werkt aan onderwerpen als wonen, gebiedsontwikkeling, landschap en ruimtelijke kwaliteit, stedenbouw en welstand, Omgevingswet, WKB, recreatiewoningen, omgevingsplan en vergunningen. Wat ga je doen - Je werkt binnen de taakvelden wonen, gebiedsontwikkeling, landschap en ruimtelijke kwaliteit, stedenbouw en welstand, Omgevingswet, WKB, recreatiewoningen, omgevingsplan en vergunningen. - Je bent de verbindende factor tussen de BUCH, de inwoner en de ondernemer. - Je begeleidt en adviseert de klant (casemanager) bij concept aanvragen, aanvragen voor omgevingsvergunningen, meldingen en informatieplichten. - Je bent intern en extern de vraagbaak en adviseur met betrekking tot (vergunningsvrij) bouwen en omgevingsplannen. Over jou - Je bent pro-actief. - Je werkt goed samen. - Je bent flexibel. - Je bent resultaatgericht. - Je bent communicatief vaardig op verschillende niveaus. Eisen - Je hebt een afgerond MBO of HBO Bouwkundig. - Je hebt ABW 1 3 afgerond. - Je hebt 3 jaar (bij HBO) en 5 jaar (bij MBO) ervaring in een soortgelijke functie bij een gemeente. - Je bent minimaal 2 dagen per week fysiek op kantoor van de 36 uur p.w. (Castricum). Wensen - Je bent bekend in de regio BUCH. - Je hebt kennis van/ ervaring met RXMission. - ABW 2 is een pré. Competenties - Je bent pro-actief. - Je werkt goed samen. - Je bent flexibel. - Je bent resultaatgericht. - Je bent communicatief vaardig op verschillende niveaus.
