Als Vergunningverlener Omgevingsvergunningen help je plannen van inwoners en ondernemers verder binnen de kaders van de fysieke leefomgeving. Je schakelt tussen verschillende belangen en vakgebieden en denkt actief mee over wat er binnen de regelgeving mogelijk is. Met jouw kennis van bouwen, ruimtelijke kwaliteit en de Omgevingswet lever je een directe bijdrage aan een zorgvuldig en soepel vergunningproces. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Begeleiden en inhoudelijk beoordelen van aanvragen voor omgevingsvergunningen, meldingen en informatieplichten - Adviseren van inwoners, ondernemers en casemanagers over bouwmogelijkheden, vergunningsvrij bouwen en omgevingsplannen - Toetsen van bouwplannen aan de Omgevingswet, het omgevingsplan en overige relevante regelgeving - Meedenken over vraagstukken rondom wonen, gebiedsontwikkeling, stedenbouw, welstand en ruimtelijke kwaliteit - Fungeren als deskundig aanspreekpunt voor collega's en externe partijen bij vragen over vergunningverlening en bouwen - Afgeronde hbo opleiding (richting van Bouwkunde) - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met Omgevingsvergunningen - Recente werkervaring bij een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
