Onze klant is een vastgoedkantoor in de regio Oostende. Je komt terecht in een toonaangevend vastgoedkantoor aan de kust, met meerdere vestigingen en een groot team van ervaren professionals.

Je kan er als klant terecht voor verkoop, verhuur, vakantieverhuur en syndic.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij gebeten door vastgoed? Heb je een vlotte babbel, denk je commercieel en schrikt klantencontact je niet af? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken!

Jouw rol:

Als medewerker op onze verhuurafdeling begeleid je het volledige verhuurproces van A tot Z. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor kandidaat-huurders én verhuurders.

Wat je zoal doet:

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van verhuurdossiers
  • Plaats bezoeken uitvoeren in woningen / appartementen / kantoren / … met nieuwe of bestaande klanten
  • Maken en bewerken van pandfoto’s
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van plaats bezoeken
  • Kandidaturen verwerken en vlot schakelen met verhuurders
  • Opstellen van huurovereenkomsten en huurwaarborgen
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning en klantenonthaal

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, professioneel en klantvriendelijk verloopt.
