Ob Beet- und Balkonpflanzen, Stauden oder Gartenhölzer - Du bist genau die richtige Ansprechperson für deine Kund_innen, denn du hast nicht nur einen grünen Daumen, sondern kennst dein Sortiment von A wie Alpenveilchen bis Z wie Zitronengras. Mit Spaß und Leidenschaft verhilfst du bei der Realisierung von Gartenträumen. Du hast die Pflanzen stets im Blick und sorgst für eine blühende Oase mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Worauf wartest du noch, wenn auch deine Karriere neu aufblühen soll?

Aufgaben, die dich erwarten

Du glänzt durch dein Gartenwissen und disponierst unser Pflanzensortiment.

Du koordinierst die Qualitätskontrolle und die Pflege der Pflanzen.

Du sorgst für die richtige Präsentation der Pflanzen und stellst deren ordnungsgemäße Lagerung sicher.

Du zeichnest Preise aus und baust Werbeware auf.

Du trägst dazu bei, dass jeder Besuch im Gartenparadies zum Einkaufserlebnis wird.

Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst

Alles machbar, wenn

du eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche, landwirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung hast.

du im besten Fall Erfahrung in der Garten- oder Baumarktbranche mitbringst.

du Erfahrung in der Bestellung, Qualitätsprüfung, Präsentation und Pflege von Pflanzen hast.

du ein Organisationstalent bist und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und PC-Kenntnisse mitbringst.

dich so schnell nichts aus der Ruhe bringt - selbst bei hohem Waren- und Kund_innenaufkommen während der Gartensaison bleibst du gelassen und behältst den Warenfluss im Überblick.

du kund_innenorientiert, kommunikativ bist und ein freundliches Auftreten hast.
