Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und möchtest unsere Kund_innen von unseren hochqualitativen und unternehmenseigenen Produkten begeistern? DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Begleiter_in - du berätst unsere Kund_innen rund um das Thema Hören und Verstehen und schaffst für sie ein besonderes Erlebnis, rund um unsere Zusatzprodukte. Du hast immer ein offenes Ohr und sorgst dafür, dass die Hörgeräte unserer Kund_innen einwandfrei funktionieren.

* Allrounder_in - du gehst verantwortungsvoll mit der Kassenabwicklung und Kundendatenpflege um und übernimmst somit einen wichtigen Teil des täglichen, administrativen Ablaufs im Fachgeschäft und unterstützt somit bestmöglich dein Team.

* Organisationstalent - du jonglierst problemlos verschiedene Tätigkeiten wie z. B. Reparaturannahmen, telefonische Anfragen und Terminplanungen.

* Erst-Helfer_in - auch bei kleineren Anliegen bist du die erste Anlaufstelle unserer Kund_innen. Wartungsarbeiten und Durchführungen kleinerer Reparaturen? Kein Problem für dich. Menschen zu helfen, ist deine persönliche Mission.

DEIN PROFIL:

* Du bist von unserer Vision überzeugt und möchtest mit uns gemeinsam zielorientiert und motiviert täglich daran arbeiten, Menschen zurück in die Welt des Hörens zu begleiten.

* Du bist Berater_in aus Leidenschaft und wenn andere dich beschreiben müssten, fällt als erstes "kommunikativ" oder "begeisternd".

* Du liebst es, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und mit ihnen die bestmögliche Hör-Lösung für sie zu finden.

* Verkauf ist kein Fremdwort für dich - es bereitet dir Freude, andere von unseren Produkten und unserem Hör-Erlebniskonzept zu begeistern.

* Du weißt, dass lebenslanges Lernen unumgänglich ist und interessierst dich für neue Technologien. Wir lassen dich dabei nicht alleine und unterstützen dich durch ein laufendes Weiterbildungsangebot.

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenberatung oder Verkauf mit.

Der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe sieht für diese Position ein monatliches KV-Mindestgehalt ab € 2.199,15 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis vor. Für uns zählt, was du mitbringst - und das spiegelt sich auch in deinem tatsächlichen Gehalt wider.
