Schweng Installationen aus Niederösterreich sucht eine:n erfahrene:n Verkaufstechniker:in im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär.

Du brennst für die Heizungsbranche - und weißt, dass nachhaltiger Erfolg nicht der Verkauf allein, sondern die maßgeschneiderte Lösung für unsere Kunden ist. Du hörst zu, denkst mit und findest Lösungen, bevor der Kunde sie ausformulieren kann. Komplexe Zusammenhänge - von der Wärmepumpenauslegung bis zur Förderberatung - erklärst du verständlich und überzeugend. Nicht weil du musst, sondern weil es dir Freude macht.

Deine Aufgaben als Verkaufstechniker:in im HKLS Bereich

* Beratung und technische Planung von Heizsystemen bei privaten und gewerblichen Kund:innen

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung vom Erstgespräch bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden

* Auslegung von Wärmepumpen, Pelletsanlagen, Hybridsystemen und Solarthermie

* Erstellung von Angeboten inkl. Fördermittelübersichten (Bundes- und Landesförderung)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technikern und Montageteam

* Mitgestaltung unseres Produktportfolios - deine Erfahrung zählt

Was du als Verkaufstechnikerin mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Meister:in, Techniker:in) im Bereich HKLS oder Energietechnik

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Heizungsbereich, idealerweise im Vertrieb oder in der Beratung

* Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit - du erklärst Technik so, dass Menschen Ja sagen

* Soziale und emotionale Kompetenz: Du liest Gesprächssituationen richtig

* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigenverantwortung

* Führerschein B
