Voor Van Mossel Opel, Fiat & Jeep in Goes zoeken we een Verkoopadviseur die klanten goed aanvoelt, commerciële kansen ziet en graag werkt aan resultaat. Verkoopadviseur Als Verkoopadviseur begeleid je klanten bij de aankoop van een nieuwe Opel, Fiat of Jeep of een occasion. Je achterhaalt wat iemand zoekt, adviseert over de mogelijkheden en begeleidt het volledige verkoopproces. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de auto. Je bespreekt bijvoorbeeld de inruil van de huidige auto, maakt een passend voorstel en zorgt ervoor dat leads goed en tijdig worden opgevolgd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten in de showroom; - Opstellen en uitwerken van offertes; - Maken van calculaties voor de inruilwaarde van occasions; - Inkopen van occasions tegen de juiste prijs; - Opvolgen van leads via verschillende kanalen; - Werken aan de gestelde sales KPI's en targets; - Affiniteit met elektrische mobiliteit is een pre. Profiel Verkoopadviseur Jij hebt een passie voor auto's en haalt energie uit klantcontact. Je bent commercieel ingesteld, proactief en resultaatgericht. Samen met je collega's werk je graag aan gezamenlijke successen en je weet klanten te overtuigen door oprechte interesse en deskundig advies. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als verkoopadviseur; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Fulltime beschikbaarheid; - Woonachtig in regio Zeeland; - Een klantgerichte en enthousiaste werkhouding; - De motivatie om sales KPI's te behalen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
