Functie-informatie:

Als Verkoopmedewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers met de juiste producten én een goed gevoel naar huis gaan. Of het nu gaat om advies over de juiste bouwmaterialen of inspiratie voor een stijlvolle woninginrichting: jij denkt met de klant mee.

Wat ga jij doen:

Klanten adviseren: Bezoekers enthousiast te woord staan en adviseren over producten, styling en toepassingen; Kennis vergroten: Dagelijks leren over materialen en gereedschappen om je advies nóg scherper te maken; Winkelpresentatie: Zorgen voor een nette, aantrekkelijke en overzichtelijke winkeluitstraling; Resultaatgericht samenwerken: Samen met je team de klant centraal zetten en bijdragen aan het succes van de winkel; Meedenken: Actief meedenken over hoe processen of de service op de vloer elke dag nóg beter kunnen.
