Dan is dit jouw kans. Voor ons AVIA-tankstation zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Allround Verkoopmedewerker die zich wil ontwikkelen tot Assistent Vestigingsmanager. Je start op de werkvloer, leert alle facetten van het vak kennen en wordt intern begeleid om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheden op je te nemen. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die niet alleen een leuke baan zoekt, maar ook wil investeren in een langdurige samenwerking. Dit ga je doen Als Allround Verkoopmedewerker ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een gastvrije, veilige en goed verzorgde vestiging. Je helpt klanten aan de kassa, geeft advies over onze producten en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een goed gevoel weer vertrekt. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de shop krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden. Je leert hoe een vestiging wordt aangestuurd, denkt mee over commerciële kansen en ondersteunt de vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse operatie. Zo groei je stap voor stap toe naar de functie van Assistent Vestigingsmanager. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het helpen van klanten en verzorgen van uitstekende service; - Het aanvullen, spiegelen en presenteren van de winkel; - Het bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid in de shop en op het terrein; - Het signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over een efficiënte werkwijze; - Het ondersteunen van de vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de vestiging; - Het leren plannen, organiseren en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor operationele werkzaamheden.
