Ben je graag in contact met klanten en wil je werken in een optiekzaak waar persoonlijk advies centraal staat? In regio Mechelen zoeken we een verkoopmedewerker die klanten helpt bij het vinden van de perfecte bril en zorgt voor een uitstekende winkelervaring.

Als verkoopmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel. Je luistert naar hun wensen en geeft advies bij de keuze van monturen, glazen en accessoires.

Daarnaast sta je in voor:

  • Het begeleiden van klanten bij hun aankoop.
  • Het aanpassen en afleveren van brillen.
  • Het uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen.
  • Het verwerken van bestellingen.
  • Het netjes en aantrekkelijk houden van de winkel.
  • Het samenwerken met collega's om klanten de beste service te bieden.

Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding zodat je alle kneepjes van het vak leert kennen.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring in retail of een klantgerichte functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil alles leren over optiek.
  • Je bent klantgericht en geeft graag persoonlijk advies.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en verzorgd.
  • Je zoekt een voltijdse functie van 36 uur per week.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je deelt de visie om klanten te helpen aan beter zicht en een positieve winkelervaring.
