Wil jij verkopen zonder klanten zomaar iets aan te smeren?

Als Verkoopmedewerker luister je naar wat een klant écht nodig heeft. Je adviseert over bedden, matrassen en kussens. Daarna help je de klant met vertrouwen naar de juiste aankoop.

Je krijgt interne opleiding en begeleiding. Zo hoef je nog geen slaapexpert te zijn om sterk te starten.

Slecht slapen voel je overal. Jij helpt klanten opnieuw beter slapen.

Functie-inhoud Je werkt in de retail en helpt klanten met alles wat hun slaap beter kan maken. Persoonlijk advies staat centraal.

Als Verkoopmedewerker:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten en ontdekt wat ze zoeken.
  • Je stelt gerichte vragen en vertaalt antwoorden naar persoonlijk slaapadvies.
  • Je laat verschillende bedden, matrassen en kussens ervaren.
  • Je begeleidt klanten actief naar een aankoop die bij hen past.
  • Je stelt offertes op en zorgt dat de administratie klopt.

Je verkoopt dus niet om het verkopen.

Je verkoopt geen matras. Je helpt iemand beter slapen.

Je werkt samen met collega’s aan tevreden klanten en commerciële resultaten. Iedereen neemt verantwoordelijkheid en helpt elkaar wanneer dat nodig is.

Als Verkoopmedewerker ben je iemand die graag met mensen werkt. Je luistert eerst en adviseert daarna. Je durft ook het verkoopgesprek af te ronden wanneer je merkt dat de klant klaar is voor een keuze.

Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt graag samen en houdt het contact met klanten persoonlijk en duidelijk.

Must-haves

  • Je haalt energie uit adviseren, overtuigen en verkopen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en werkt graag naar doelen toe.
  • Je geeft klanten persoonlijk en eerlijk advies.
  • Je bent beschikbaar op zaterdag en zondag.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring in retail of verkoop is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring met slaapproducten is niet nodig.

Je leert het vak via interne opleidingen en begeleiding op de werkvloer.
