Voor een metaalbedrijf in Merelbeke zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een nieuwe collega.

Als verkoopsdviseur binnendienst exterieur - buitenschrijnwerk sta je dagelijks in voor volgende zaken:

  • Vragen beantwoorden van klanten via diverse communicatiekanalen
  • Vanop kantoor of on-site software support bij klanten voorzien alsook ter ondersteuning van andere collega’s
  • Identificeren, analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen met producten of diensten
  • Zorgen voor een positieve en professionele klantervaring bij elk contact
  • Samenwerken met de installateurs om complexe technische problemen op te lossen
  • Documenteren van technische oplossingen
  • Actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden om de klantenervaring te verbeteren en technische processen te optimaliseren

Profiel

Vereisten:

  • Basiskennis van ICT
  • Commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in een binnendienst
  • Kennis van toegangscontrole is echte meerwaarde
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zelfstandig en proactief, een oog voor opportuniteiten steeds met een positieve instelling.
  • PC-vaardigheden en kennis van MS Office
