Wij zijn een gevestigde vakhandel in bouwmaterialen, gereedschappen en machines.

Als echt familiebedrijf hechten wij enorm veel waarde aan een hecht team, oprechtheid en langetermijnrelaties — zowel met onze klanten als met onze medewerkers.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die samen met ons wil bouwen aan de toekomst en voor langere tijd deel wil uitmaken van ons team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als winkelhulp/verkoper ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in de winkel en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel en het magazijn er altijd netjes en overzichtelijk uitzien.

Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder meer:

  • Klanten helpen: Je verwelkomt professionele bouwvakkers en doe-het-zelvers met een glimlach en helpt hen verder met hun vragen.
  • Kassawerk: Je verzorgt het afrekenen van de aankopen correct en vlot.
  • Magazijn- en winkelbeheer: Je gepakte goederen uit, vult de rekken aan en zorgt dat alles netjes geëtaleerd staat.
  • Interne logistiek: Binnenkomende goederen worden door iemand anders gelost. Met de palletwagen breng jij de producten naar de juiste plek in de winkel of de opslag.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Klantvriendelijkheid & Motivatie: Dit is voor ons het allerbelangrijkste. Je bent enthousiast, helpt mensen graag en straalt dit ook uit.
  • Leergierig: Heb je nog niet veel ervaring of kennis van bouwmaterialen en machines? Geen probleem! Als je gemotiveerd bent, dingen snel oppikt en graag wilt leren, leiden wij je met veel plezier op.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent een aanpakker en ziet werk liggen.
  • Thuis in een familiebedrijf: Wij zoeken iemand die stabiliteit waardeert en voor de langere termijn bij ons wil blijven. Een leergierige starter of gemotiveerde kandidaat past perfect in ons team!
  • Kennis of een opleiding in de bouw/techniek is een pluspunt, maar absoluut geen vereiste.

Wat je van ons krijgt

Arbeidsvoorwaarden & Werktijden

  • Uren: Voltijds (38 uur per week).
  • Werkdagen: Onze winkel is geopend van maandag tot en met zaterdag.
  • Werktijden: Elke zaterdag werken hoort bij de functie. De werkuren zijn dagelijks van 08:30 tot 12:00 uur en van 13:00 tot 16:00 uur (pauze van 12:00 tot 13:00 uur).
  • Aanbod: Een vaste, stabiele job in een warm en hecht familiebedrijf.
  • Interne opleiding en de kans om veel bij te leren over materialen en gereedschappen.
  • Een aantrekkelijk en marktconform salaris.
  • Fysiek haalbaar werk (het zware laden en lossen van vrachtwagens wordt door een collega gedaan).
