Ben jij een gedreven verkoper die de glimlach van onze klanten waardeert? Wil jij ervoor zorgen dat elke klant een unieke ervaring beleeft in onze winkel? Heb jij een passie voor het werken in een dynamische omgeving waar je je handen uit de mouwen kunt steken? Dan hebben wij de perfecte rol voor jou in Grembergen!

  • Je start jouw dag om 07:00 uur en weet als geen ander dat een aantrekkelijke toonbank essentieel is; het oog wil ook wat. Uiteraard houd je hierbij rekening met de geldende voedingsregels.
  • Om 08:30 uur openen we de deuren van Delhaize en is het tijd om jouw stralende glimlach tevoorschijn te halen. Onze klanten komen terug, niet alleen voor de kwaliteit, maar vooral vanwege jouw persoonlijke benadering. Als jij er niet bent, missen ze je - en terecht!
  • Stilzitten is niet jouw stijl! Wanneer er even geen klanten zijn, ben je druk bezig met het bereiden van verse salades en zorg je ervoor dat ze aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd worden. Je houdt de bedieningstoog altijd netjes en verzorgd.
  • Wanneer jouw shift eindigt om 20:00 uur, zorg je ervoor dat alle vleeswaren perfect verpakt zijn en dat jouw stand er weer piekfijn uitziet voor de volgende dag.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en zet je in om elke klant een totale beleving te bezorgen.
  • Je beschikt over een positieve instelling en loopt de hele dag met een glimlach, waardoor je ook moeilijke momenten kunt omzetten naar positieve ervaringen.
  • Hygiëne is voor jou van groot belang; je respecteert de HACCP-normen (geen zorgen, we leggen dit uit).
  • Je bent een vroeg opstaan type, maar af en toe uitslapen is ook geen probleem dankzij ons flexibele uurrooster.
  • Werken in het weekend schrikt je niet af; zo heb je doordeweeks tijd voor jezelf.
