Bij Bulthuis Truck- & Traileronderdelen zijn we op zoek naar een commerciële en proactieve professional die energie krijgt van klantcontact en techniek. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers, leveranciers en collega's. Je adviseert klanten, denkt mee in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel beschikken over de juiste onderdelen en werkplaatsbenodigdheden. Jij begrijpt dat uitstekende service het verschil maakt. Met jouw technische kennis en commerciële instelling help je garages, werkplaatsen en transportbedrijven dagelijks verder. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar onderdelen, gereedschappen en equipment voor trucks en trailers. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van klanten over truck, bus en trailer onderdelen. - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes. - Verwerken van orders en bewaken van levertijden. - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en accountmanagers. Signaleren van commerciële kansen en klantbehoeften. - Ondersteunen van collega's met jouw technische kennis. - Actief bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving.
