Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt contact op (vanuit het filiaal te Wilrijk) met geïnteresseerde klanten en zet leads om in effectieve verkopen.
  • Je belt op een vlotte, commerciële manier en bepaalt of een klant beter online koopt of beter langskomt in een van onze showrooms.
  • Je begeleidt klanten door het volledige aankoopproces: van behoefteanalyse en advies op maat tot uitleg over auto’s, opties en onze diensten.
  • Je maakt schattingen voor overnames en zorgt voor een duidelijke en aangename klantenervaring.
  • Met jouw enthousiasme en servicegerichtheid zorg je dat elke klant tevreden vertrekt — of dat nu digitaal is of in de showroom.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een eerste, stabiele werkervaring al verkoper achter de rug
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Weekendwerk schrikt je niet af.
  • En het belangrijkste: je hebt een oprechte interesse in auto’s en deelt die passie graag met anderen.
